Cape York Motorcycle Adventures is a privately owned company, that has been operating motorcycle adventures in Cape York, Far North Queensland since 1990. From our base on the Barron River (10 minutes north of Cairns Airport) we provide an array of fully guided tours, to the most remote areas of Cape York Peninsula.
We created the off-road motorcycle tour industry in Australia, specialising in the Northern Peninsula area, between Cairns and the Tip. These tours offer an all Australian experience, with every surface type except snow. Riders have a real dirtbike adventure, ending each day pleasantly exhausted. Our tours are fully inclusive.
This trophy tour takes riders from Cairns to the northern most tip of the Australian Continent and back again. In just seven days you'll experience the bliss of riding a motorcycle through the best trails in this remote area, some of which are inaccessible to 4WD vehicles. It's fully accommodated and offers the very best fishing.
This rally tour takes you through the remote tracks, trails and roads that cover the far northern frontier lands, between Cairns in Queensland and Darwin, in the Northern Territory. It lets you experience the wonders of the Great Savannah Way and Gulf Country. Camp under the southern stars and stay in some real Aussie accommodation, where you'll get to experience the lifestyles of each region.

First tour of the season was ran way to close to the wet season almost 80% of the tracks we couldn’t ride so was mile munching as they explained each day ,unorganized , late starts ,lots of time waisting as straight up the highway was very quick short days , we booked the 6 day tour was cut early by a day we didn’t even get to ride our bikes to the point was put in a car and hotel for the last night whilst the tour guides went home , was a very disappointing way to see the top end of Australia I could of jumped in the car and drove the same roads we paid a lot of money to ride. What a brilliant trip. We went with a group of 11, some never ridden a bike before (seriously), all the way to myself who has raced motocross and enduro for years, complete mix of rideable terrain and challenging trails to keep everyone happy. Great food, great people, extremely capable bike for the job at hand. Looking forward to returning for a longer trip.

This really was the trip of a lifetime. I hadn't been to the tip of Australia and thought that the first time would be in a 4wd but it turned out to be on a motorbike with these legends. They have been doing it for 29 year and it shows. Saw so many amazing things and got to go along the old telegraph track which was amazing. Stunning camp sites, great guys and a well run experience. We got a few flats and I came off a few times but they were always there to help. Loved every minute of it!

I went on a trip with my Dad and Roy a few years ago which was one of the most fun and memorable experiences i've had. It was an awesome bonding experience and we saw some of the most beautiful parts of Australia. He knows the country really well and lots of hidden places to visit. He was also great at adapting to any situation, we were impressed with the trackside maintenance on the bikes. We had good laughs the whole way along, probably nothing better than a week of riding bikes by day, cracking a cold beer at night and enjoying good company. Hopefully get an opportunity to go all the way up

I went on a 3 day trip with Renea in 2015, I was coming from Korea but I had a US drivers licence. He asked me if I could switch days over email. But unfortunately I couldn't and my trip was planned. That would leave me with a huge hole. He thought I was coming from the states so he took me on a one on one tour. He informed me he doesn't normally do that because they lose money with only one person signing up. But I am extremely grateful he did. This was an amazing experience. He also took a greenhorn, although I had my motorcycle license he still took me. I will tell you what these are the highest
