My husband and I arrived at yagoona tavern and went into the poker machine area to find it so spick and span. The air was very fragrant and we had a very enjoyable time. The staff and the manager on duty were wonderful extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to please us. We will definately go back.

When I walked in straight away the women with the glasses was grumpy she was giving me additude for no reason it was a bad experience I’ve never been disrespected before like that I know she was being rude and disrespectful to me because of my race, but the other stuff members are really nice never had a issue with them they always have a smile on there face.

I have been to this place last night, but i am not recommended people because of services, the lady with the glasses was treated us so bad way, we come to buy jug of super dry which is special deal at that time but they did not give us the bag of chips. And the way she served us like do not come here, we feel like she doesn’t like us because of we are Asian. First time come but the last, I won’t come back to pay for the beer and cannot enjoy my beer.

This hotel deserves a good wrap, the staff are fantastic and very comical with an uplifting vibe!!!!...but a very special thank you to the night manager Penny whom picked up my full pack of cigarettes and kept them for me when I came in the next day....this has never happened at any venue previously and has restored my faith in humanity.....there are good people out there and Penny and her staff proved this!!!.....awesome girls....keep up the good work!!!!....many thanks!!!
