The functions team at Castle Hill Tavern is focused on providing first class service and flexibility. We understand that every event is unique and strive to meet the needs of our clients to the finest detail.

We strive to be at the heart of our local community by providing a place for friends to meet, for families to relax and to host local functions and events. We are the unofficial 'clubhouse' for a number of local sporting teams - a place to re-convene after matches, sell raffle tickets, celebrate victories and commiserate losses.

Good service and responsive
Went there for Christmas lunch. What a great effort they made! So much food we couldn’t eat it all - staff were great. They even gave gifts to the kids that were excellent! Very impressed and thankful for the staff working on Christmas Day to take care of us. Thank you.

I had lunch there today with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. The tavern has senior specials monday to friday for lunch at $15.00. The beer is on special $6.00 a pint or $5 a schooner for a specific beer which was good.
They didnt have lactose free milk but one of the young girls said she is lactose free as well and brings her own. So if i liked i could share hers, What a lovely person.
I did and had a very good experience, i told the manager about his wonderful staff, he was pleased.
Yes i will be going back.

Enjoyed a few beers with work colleagues in the beer garden. Steak was perfectly cooked and everyone's was happy with there meals. We will be back. 👍

Had a short stop here to enjoy a light meal in open area. The food was delicious and customer service was interesting. Great helpful staff!
The sauce on salad was special!

Just recently came back to this establishment after its been handed over to new management and to say that i’m disappointed would be an understatement. we’ve been going there for years and never had a single problem yet the first night we come back we get cut off from drinks at 8:50 and told to leave for no plausible reason.
i hope the new management goes back to managing preschool’s because micro managing people at a tavern is a joke.

Hi Tavern !You always surprise me. Last time the best Nachos, this time the Crispy Salmon with unusually looks colourful warm salad with well balanced ingredients. It's different to other pubs( Salmon ie. with mash / beans, potato etc )Well done again.Compliments to the Chef..

Came in for lunch and the staff made me feel very welcome. Pooja was serving in the bistro and was very informative about the menu. Alison was very accommodating to our needs. Table service was a great surprise too. Meals are great value and big servings. Good variety of wine too!
We will be back!!!

Reasonably priced drinks. Not the best wine menu but beer is okay.
Food is typical pub. The pizzas are a decent size but nothing to write home about. Beer battered chips are nice and the burgers look good too. They have lunchtime specials and week day specials.
