Clay was born into the earthmoving industry and after completing his senior schooling in 1995 joined his father in a civil construction company based in northern NSW, working predominantly in subdivisions and quarrying. Four years later Clay accepted a position with a large nationwide construction company and in 2003 he saw an opportunity to follow a dream.

Baden Civil is dedicated to providing the right machine, men and attachments to meet the client's requirements. Our modern fleet consists entirely of Caterpillar machinery. All our machines are available with Topcon's latest 3D GPS equipment. This ensures reliable site wide grade control whilst eliminating over cutting or under filling.

We are highly experienced in all facets of aspects of civil construction. Over the last 8 years we have been involved in everything from small scale subdivisions to large scale government funded road projects, tunnels, bridges, rail and pipeline works. Our productive machines, precise GPS equipment and highly skilled operators combine to give us the edge over our competitors.

Our 5-50t range of well maintained Caterpillar excavators come with a standard attachment array including all mud and trenching buckets, tilting quick hitches, grabs, rippers and compaction wheels. In addition we can also supply augers, hydraulic vibrating compaction plates and rock breakers.

The majority of our excavators are also fitted with ROPS/FOPS (Roll Over Protection Structures/Falling Object Protection Structures) and/or burst protection/crane valves which are becoming mandatory for any lifting equipment across most sites.
