Services
Bust-A-Move has been servicing the Winston Hills, Northmead and Toongabbie areas since 2002. It began with Miss Kristy teaching 6 students and has grown into a large studio with over 130 students per week! All of our teachers are experienced and qualified with a passion for dance. All students have an opportunity to be taught the most up to date dance styles whilst laying a technical foundation for the art of dance.
The aim of Kinderballet is to introduce the basics of Classical Ballet through imagination and creative movement. Kinderballet is a ballet program developed specifically for children aged between 2 and 5 years, as an introduction to Classical Ballet. The challenge with teaching this age group is to hold their attention while introducing them to basic movement principles.
These classes are specifically designed for our 5 to 8 year old students who want to move and have a fun and creative performing arts experience. We offer many different styles of dance for our students. Our Jazz class is a just for fun dance class where they learn the basics of Jazz and dance. The aim of this class is to get our kids moving and shaking and loving dance.
Miss Asha is passionate about ensuring every student gets to dance and shine. She wants to make sure every single child is nurtured, cared for, supported in every single class. Since the young age of 2 she has danced, sung and acted her way through life. Performing arts has been something that has provided an escape and passion throughout her whole life.

as a matter of fact, myself and many other previous students have reported cleaning the studio, without mention of a hired cleaner.
In response to the flooring, yes it was theatre flooring, although it wasn’t put it properly. It is uneven and there are screws sticking out of the floor. The floor was so uneven it even cut my knee through my track pants, i decided not to report it as i didn’t want to cause a disturbance
During acro, there have been many accounts of unspotted tricks, and yes you have claim yourself to be qualified and even taking courses

We have been attending Bust-A-Move for a number of years now. BAM is an inclusive, supportive, kind, friendly dance school which offers a wide range of dance styles to choose from. The communication, interaction and support provided to the dancers and their families is fantastic, and means they can extend their skills and see great improvement as they go through the year.
Particularly through COVID where the school had to move online to continue, the options and regular communication meant the kids could keep doing dance in a new way, staying connected and active, learning new skills by different

I have danced at Bust a Move for 9 years and the studio is soo amazing. The teachers are very professional and well trained, they are very experienced in the dance world and are very passionate about dancing and the studio. There are sooo many styles to choose from and there are many performance opportunities for students. During my time at Bust a Move I have formed a fantastic friendship with a great bunch of girls and boys. This studio has definitely formed who I am today and has become a huge part of my life. My daughter has been going to ballet since she was 1 1/2 years old. She enjoyed ballet however since joining Bust a Move with Ms Asha and Ms Emma my daughter now lives and breaths ballet. The teachers are nurturing and really care about there students. My daughter is up and ready for dance on Saturday mornings at 6am even though her class isn’t until 11am. Best thing I ever did was follow Ms Asha to Bust a move.
