The Social Brew Caf is a local landmark in bustling Pyrmont at the corner of Harris St and Pyrmont Bridge Rd. We are the hub and central meeting place in Pyrmont village where locals gather for their favourite local brew and delicious food from our all day menu. It is a modern industrial cafe with a flowing vibey atmosphere, extending to outdoor dining over-looking a lovely stretch of grass.
The fresh and casual dining experience is also replicated in our food & drinks we offer. Our extended menu is quite versatile whilst maintaining a Sunday brunch/lunch style of food. Light meals and delicious Vegetarian options are available. We also have a fresh range of pastries and sweets on offer, perfect with our delicious coffee.

Consistently excellent in all areas though I will be thrilled to see the end of the charcoal in gluten free toast fad. Please, sweet baby cheeses, enough already. If I want black toast, I'll burn it here at home. It tastes better.
Just nice, normal gluten free bread will be fine. No charcoal. My insides do not need detoxifying or whatever it's meant to do. Please, on behalf of all GF people, brown toast is just fine.

My partner and I had come to this cafe for a breakfast on Saturday. We've tried to go here before but it is often busy in the morning during the peak breakfast hours.
I had gotten the Loaded Double Double and my partner got the Free Range Eggs on Sourdough with Avocado added. We both very much enjoyed what we had ordered, the staff are very pleasant and the cafe had a nice atmosphere/vibe.
The Loaded Double Double was almost like a fancy ham and cheese croissant and would definitely order this again and recommend it!

I’ve been here for Christmas staff lunch.lots of vegetarian and gluten-free
I’ve eaten king salmon.
I loved the combination of flavours!
Staff was very good, professionally looking after the client. Probably just perfect timing between entree, main course and dessert.

I have brought a few Sydney visitors and friends to Social Brew and the food/quality is always amazing. If you order one of the standards, portions are fairly big. Never a disappointment and always a safe bet for a great experience. Staff here are always friendly and attentive. Plenty of outdoor seating (and indoor). The Salmon and Avo with poached egg is soooo good. As is the signature Mushroom Bruschetta and Double Double. One of my favourite cafes. Definitely grab a juice on the way out.

I will start off with my normal upfront declaration. I rarely write a review and only when a place is exceptionally brilliant. It has to move me. This place ticks all the boxes. Had a great breakfast there. I had the egg & bacon roll but everything looked delicious. Great coffee. Great staff & great service - place has a happy vibe and well run. Can't speak more highly- go & you will not be disappointed.

Great coffee and vibe. That's all you need. Crab was outstanding but not good finger food like a taco should be. Really want to try the pork belly sandwich - looked excellent.
This became my go to breakfast place in Darling harbor. Had the avocado salmon salad breakfast and it was excellent. Service has been excellent.

Ricotta hot cakes! These were so yummy. I ate them pretty fast and didn't share with anyone because they were that good ;).
I ordered a green smoothie to balance it all out. Smoothie was a nice way to end my brekkie at this restaurant.
Others with me ordered the salmon Benedict and the smoked salmon flatbread. They were all delicious and all plates were empty.

This place is a gem. The ambiance is to die for. The service is really nice. The coffee is a must. Ah I can still remember how that Ice Latte brought me back to life.
I ordered the Mushroom and parmesan bruschetta. It was delish, even though if I ever get it again, I will asked for my eggs over easy.
Bear and I both ordered the spiked Watermelon, passionfruit and pineapple juice. The spiked part was a joke, couldn't feel it or taste it. Whats the point then? If you offer something, really go for it. We sent them back for extra spike and it still came back pretty lame.

We came for brunch twice in our week-long visit to Sydney. Everything on the menu not only sounds delicious, but is really tasty. It really gave us a sour taste of how bad breaky is in America with what's so readily available in Sydney! Both days we went were Saturdays and there was a bit of a wait to be seated, the cafe is extremely busy for both dine-in and take-away. Service is fairly quick and servers are all friendly. The location is in Surrey Hills a couple blocks away from the bustling touristy Darling Harbor.

This cafe is one of the most popular cafes where we can enjoy eating nice breakfast in many kind of elaborated menus. When l visited there, most of the tables were almost fulled with the guests.
I ordered a hot cake with strawberries and a cup of flat white. The taste was great, the service was kind, and the atmosphere was cool.

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat, anywhere. Definitely a favorite of many Australians as well as tourists. It's one of my first stops after landing. Everything here is good, the food, coffee, and their chai tea latte is one favorite. I typically order the salmon avocado with salad on flatbread, $16. I think about it even when I'm home in LA. Tons of salmon & avocado that's enough to share though I always clean my plate like I've never eaten before. Considering I don't really care for salads, it's saying a lot. I've tried their eggs Benedict
