I have just had a dress dry-cleaned. Sadly, when I collected it I noticed straight away that is was no longer how it used to be. Originally the entire lower half of the dress was pleated. Now the pleats are all completely gone. Unfortunately the owner claimed that they must have been gone already before they cleaned it because they would not remove them. But that was un-true and it did not feel nice to be called a liar. I even showed them a photo of the dress previously and they still denied it. They gave me a refund but I still left feeling disappointed. Be very cautious sending your delicate
