A relatively new customer, I can see a big difference form the last few dry cleaning companies I have used. Cloud nine has a very modern customer service take on dry cleaning, you can pick up at your own accord and they just an efficient all round service.
I literally put some trousers on that had a slight mark that has been there for a while and they also got it out! Very impressed.
