Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
I am another dissatisfied customer. I ordered the skip bin the day before on the morning of the next day. Bin was delivered to me in the afternoon. I spoke to the office, said I was not satisfied with the service - the person in the office just hung up. Businesses absolutely do not recommend it.

I found something suspicious about this company because the same phone number, but they told me their website is kinkoh.com.au which does not exist, so people obviously didn't click on the wrong link to see all conditions and terms, they might think the link does not work and normally forget to read again after fail to try a few times. But then they will charge you for extra things that they say it's on their website. But they gave you the wrong website. But thanks to google, people still can trace them out by all the comments below, like other names. All their replied for comments also not professional

Booked an appointment and waited half the day for them to turn up . So I ring them and it goes it voice mail say to leave a text message so I do . No return reply . So I ring the company 2 hours late a man picks up the phone . I asked were my skip is and they just put the phone down on me so unprofessional don’t use them

Ordered a skip bin from Adrian told it was coming the next day when i asked at 9am the morning of what time it was coming no reply after a few attempts at calling during the day no contact until 3pm an told i wpuld be called back in 20 minutes with a time heard nothing truck driver arrived at 7pm whilst I was having dinner told him we ordered from another company driver came back with adrian on the phone who was really rude and abusive with on going texts and harassment to my partner afterwards

Here's my experience with them...
Extremely unprofessional service, booked a 3 cubic metre garden waste skip bin for 3 days on the website for delivery to be on Friday the 29th of May collection on 1st June, waited all day for it to arrive. By 4pm it was not here, rang skip bin provider (Australian waste recyclers) and I was told it was on it's way but couldn't give me a time due to traffic, but should be there in a couple of hours...it was coming from 20kms away

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this business. Rude and arrogant business owners. We were left with a bin for a week, constant promises they would pick up as we had landscape works happening at our home, never showed up, no communication.
Then when followed up, they were rude and abusive, called us liars, then threatened to leave the bin at our property to ruin our landscaping.
Short of going to the police, we spoke to the Council about having the bin towed - shortly after it was collected.
But this review is certainly something to be considered. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY TO GET YOUR

I have used other companies in the past, however kinloh is the company I will use from here on in. The service was prompt, the owner professional and extremely helpful. The bins were delivered and collected at the times stated.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Dropped bin off and for 3 weeks we have been asking for it to get picked up. We got messages to say it would be done on this day or that day NOTHING. Then more messages and broken promises. This morning he said his wife had died but nothing was mentioned in ANY communication. We asked if we could place food waste in the bin he said yes as long as it was bagged, this morning apparently he said no such thing. We asked for money back he refused. I think storing his bin for nearly a month there should be some sort of reimbursement. I do not recommend this business and warn
