While they build homes of reasonable quality, ours (built in 2011) still has birds nesting under the roof line each spring and both rats and mice nesting inside the roof area each autumn (we can hear them scratching around up there as I write this review). They sent the roofing installer out a number of years ago, to silicone some gutter guard in the gutters to stop the birds, but that only lasted a year or two (house sparrows are very small and can fit under corrugated colourbond roofing quite easily). As for the rats and mice, well, we still get them every year, even though I have placed a lot

Looking at buying a house built by Roseleigh Homes Approx 13 years ago, so I called and spoke to Leigh I was so impressed that he remembered a home he built so long ago.
Leigh took time out of his day helped with information about the home and even called be back with more info even though he had nothing to gain.
If this is how Roseleigh Homes look after all their customers I would happily build with them.
And of course the house still looks fantastic
