This was most pleasant. Staff are super attentive and want the best for you. They do their best to make sure that any shortcomings are equaled out and 24hr reception. My room was very spacious and I had lots of comfy furniture.
Cleaning staff is mixed results. They made my bed without the doona I removed (summer and all that), but didn't replace towels or used cups.
All over a very comfortable stay. Bed and pillows a bit soft, but I survived and slept well.

This is our favourite Sydney hotel. Staff are always delightful and helpful, quick to help with extra pillows etc. The beds are comfy and showers are lovely. There's good kitchen equipment so it's easy to bring your own meals (no stove though). You'll get the usual inner-Sydney noise, but nothing obnoxious and with the bathroom door closed it's definitely nice and quiet. It's a fabulous location.

Decent sized, clean rooms with kitchenette though bedding for me was very average. Good location. $100 on card hold deposit is a bit old school and annoying, most places at this price point shy away from the need for this now. In my opinion there are better places nearby for better value but worth a consideration.

We stayed 3 nights left a piece of luggage there for three weeks then came back for two night prior to our cruise. This hotel location is excellent. The staff are all great. The room was very comfortable with a great king bed. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here. Great Hotel

I stayed the night at Hotel Stella. I was very happy with the room and it had a beautiful view of Hyde Park. Check in was fast and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and large with all the conveniences. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would stay there again. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sydney.

A very surprising hotel old building but great rooms and amenities close to shops and many eateries and restaurants the staff are courteous and friendly we had to make arrangements at the last min thanks to the hotel across the rd which fraudulently promote their facilities and the staff here accommodated us without any problems i would come back without a doubt
