Very poor experience for my son as his friends, they had their accommodation downgraded “due to Covid” and were not compensated at all… they had a very poor experience with the site manager and then the organisers from “Sure Thing Schoolies” have been threatening the kids about claims for cleaning of the site post their visit!
The threats have now escalated to “blacklisting them for 7 years from getting credit” if they do not pay the $2000 for the cleaning and loss of revenue!!
Be very careful using these guys, as the only sure thing is that they will treat you poorly once they

My daughter and her friends paid deposits for their schoolies trip to Byron early in the year. Being students they work part time and saved their cash. With all the restrictions and limitations on regional travel throughout the year they changed their plans. The staff at Sure Thing Travel have referred the girls to their T's & C's and refused to offer refunds of their deposits. We understand that travel businesses are finding it tough under the restrictions but choosing to withhold deposits from students who work long hours for low pay to save for these experiences shows a complete lack of moral

I called looking for Schoolies accommodation and Kory was a gem and found the perfect accommodation for the group. The booking process was seamless and allowed everyone to pay individually online all through one platform, that made my life very easy for me and Shane was a gem as well always keeping me updated along the way. A brilliant experience booking with these guys and I can't recommend them highly enough to any other parent who wants to book their kids for Schoolies.

"Best week of our lives" a complete and utter lie. Myself along with a group of my friends went to experience the 'best week of our lives' in Fiji only to experience broken promises and an utterly terrible schoolies. Not only were we lied to about the numbers of the people attending (promises in excess of 100 with only 50 MAX) we were also placed in poor accomodation against our own wishes when told it was too late to get a refund and the previous accomodation had cancelled on us. Not only this the resort was rundown with myself going through the deck (causing cuts and bodily harm) in the wake

Booking with sure thing schoolies was such a let down being promised 100+ people at schoolies all up but instead there was around 50 people all up in the resort. Constantly pestered to buy drinks by the resort staff manager. Further when me and my friends booked cloud 9 the sure thing schoolies didn’t actually book it and didn’t tell us and we missed out on meeting our friends. They weren’t planning on telling us about not actually booking the place until we confronted them. Was promised the best week of our lives and instead paid 1800 for a bad experience. Would not recommend booking schoolies

SCHOOLIES WITH SURE THING WAS AMAZING!! What a memorable and unforgettable experience that wouldn't have been made possible without the incredibly helpful and professional team at Sure Thing - they really went above and beyond to make the experience out of this world! Accommodation was fantastic, location was perfect and all amenities at the Star of the Sea Resort were luxurious. The booking process was straight forward and information provided to us was very helpful. I would highly recommend it for 'sure'!!

Spring Break was really epic! we totally enjoyed our trip! I spent just over 2 weeks in there and loved it, this turned out to be a good decision. Probably my favorite moment (if I have to choose!) is when I got into the clubs as a VIP with unlimited drinks. Thanks Sure Thing! Rest assured I will be getting in touch again with your company soon for another trip. Can’t wait to try your other offers! ;) x

The quality of my Schoolies trip exceeded my expectations. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted with friendly Sure Thing Schoolies faces everywhere. We stayed in a beautiful accommodation, the swimming pool was so refreshing, everything was clean and beautifully decorated and the snorkelling is just steps from our resort - AMAZING!! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating! Thanks Sure Thing for planning our trip. Keep up the good work! I've already told all my friends and younger sister about you guys : )
