I thought I would jump on and give credit where credit is due. I spent time with Robert Zeiser last week, and with all my commercial real estate dealings nation wide, he stood out as by far the most knowledgeable and most accommodating professional I have ever worked with. Nothing was too hard, and he was available to give honest and frank feedback on local conditions without the usual Real Estate BS! Thank you Robert.

Avoid Ayers real estate at all cost! Toni is our contact. It has been extremely stressful to deal with her. We leased a small commercial property and is taking 2 months to be finished with it! Ayers keep charging us even though I have met obligations and they keep bringing up new issues; and not listening. They are taking advantage of us because we are in Melbourne and can't see them in person. Warning to anyone; they charge for inspecting, for invoices that are queried - incredibly bad and frustrating communication! We tried to do the right thing and now we can't escape them! Looks like they will
