Please avoid them like a Plague. They are the worst of the lot I have seen so far and I never have had an issue with all my previous property management teams. Zero communication or response when it comes security deposit once you hand them the keys. Jessica has been unapologetically unapproachable and mostly unprofessional with zero regards to the tenants. And yeah, all the five star ratings are definitely from property owners and not tenants. To cut in short, stay away from them if you are a tenant.

Please avoid these scumbags. No matter how much you take care of their property and how clean you leave your room/house, they'll deduct a fair amount of money from your security deposit. Cherry on top, their staff becomes extremely rude and pathetic once you take their property. To cut in short, stay away from them. Period.

We've been dealing with Western Keys since our investment was built over ten years ago. The staff have always been professional, friendly and very supportive when there have been issues with tenants which we have had in the past. They went out of their way to ensure we got everything we were entitled to and anything they could not do, made sure our insurance company had all the relevant information required.
