I would NOT recommend the guys at all! Hired a truck to move house and had the single worst customer service experience of my life. Picked the truck up, drove it to my house, turned the truck off with nothing left on, used the hydraulic lift once to lift our fridge up and once finished loading we went to drive to our new house only to find the batteries were dead. Called the Lion office to ask for help, to my disgust they accused me that I must have left something on/it was my fault, wouldn't even say sorry or call RACV for me. I waited over an hour for the first RACV guy to turn up to jump start

DO NOT USE LION RENTALS.
Hired a car only to find that once we'd gotten out into the country, we were stranded, as they had failed to change the timing belt 13,000kms earlier. This is an absolute rookie error as even a first car owner knows that the timing belt is key. Anyway, we were stranded for the better part of a day until the replacement car arrived. We told them we had lost a day and that we were owed an extra day as compensation; the least they could do. We returned the car a day later as discussed on the phone, however they refused to refund our full deposit due to the extra day. Really

One of the most convenient car rental service I've come across, they pay you the bond straight after giving them the car back. Offers you a wide range of cars to choose from and the friendly staff is like a cherry on the cake. Especially, Anuradha one of their staff member is really happy go person. He makes the procedure really simple and easy. I've been renting cars from here since more than a year now and never have their services disappointed me
