Services
We try to supply the vehicle you request, but we reserve the right to supply what is available. A underage surcharge of additional $23 per day applies to the term of rental. All drivers must hold a full Driving Licence for atleast 1 year and additional excess of $600 applies to the chosen insurance cover in the event of an accident.
We now provide car hire service to Avalon Airport. We are located in Tullamarine. Our shuttle bus can pick you up from Avalon Airport and bring you to our office in Tullamarine. Transfer fee applies. Transfer fee is calculated according to number of guests including children. Please check the table below for transfer fees.

Online booking was simple and easy to follow. The highly competitive charges were laid out clearly, making it easy to determine what we needed and how much it would cost. Providing photos of driver licences when the booking was confirmed ensured a smooth and fast handover at pickup.
We initially booked a car for 5 days and were able to extend our rental with minimal fuss via email.

Excellent service from start to finish. Shainesh and the driver who picked me up and dropped me off were extremely helpful and courteous, especially given that I had to keep altering the pick-up time due to flight delays. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained and economical and perfect for my needs. Will certainly use Auz Rental Cars in future.

I have been renting cars from AUZ RENTAL CARS in Melbourne for quite a few years now. Shainesh is fantastic to deal with, great prices and his cars are near new and are always super clean and tidy. The most recent car I rented was a Hyundai Sonata and I was very impressed with the fantastic fuel economy and it was such a real pleasure to drive. He picks you up and drops you back right at the airport and its a short drive to his business, sign the contract and you are away. Very quick and easy. I will not rent from ANY other company as the price, service and cars here are way better.
