We have now used Michael and his team through two loan application processes, as well as organising our Life Insurance plans. Michael and his assistant John were the most helpful brokers around. They were very professional in giving advice, even in more complex cases, and with their good networks and professional knowledge, they never failed to propose a solution that works. Do not recommend - communication and timely action is terrible.
After working with Michael and his team for several months, our home loan application was not lodged by them with less than a week before our settlement was due. We were informed of this by our solicitors. M2 Financial Services showed no real concern for the stress this was putting me and my partner under, facing significant late settlement costs, and making no effort to take responsibility for their inaction and the precarious position it put us in. Definitely look for someone else to take your business to.
