The Gas ducted heating wasn't working. The problem was identified and repaired. Jye and Alex were prompt and thorough with their work. Natalie, who answers the telephone, is always gracious and friendly. It is a pleasure to do business with this company as they are extremely helpful in solving my plumbing problems in an older house.(pre-metric)

They are not cheap at all,. I used them twice. The first time a guy fixed the job on his way home and charged for one hour only. The job was to disconnect the gas supply to the gas heater. The second time I asked them to connect the bath and toilet which I had already bought and fixed in position. The two two guy spent long time discussing and shopping, and started the job two hours later. They in the end charged five hours for each guy, total of 10 hours for this direct forward job. $80*2*5.Not cheap at all, actually very expensive. The job was done to their convenient only.
