Enhance Occupational Therapy has been providing dedicated adult and aged care occupational therapy services throughout Adelaide since 2004. Enhance OT is a privately owned allied health practice. Lead by experienced clinicians, our team is dedicated to delivering evidence based OT practice. Our team provide home visit service to all areas of Adelaide.
Occupational Therapy for aged care includes services which address home safety, recovery from illness, hospital discharge and fall prevention. Enhance OT services to the aged care sector are long established in South Australia. Our assessment services can include once off consults for home saftey or long term treatment plans for chronic conditions.
Enhance occupational therapists provide inpatient consultancy to Adelaide hospitals. OT discharge planning service can include pre and post discharge assessments for a range of needs. The goal of an OT assessment is to support the patient on homecoming at discharge. If the patient has a sudden change in function or health, the hospital may refer to Occupational Therapy.
Enhance Occupational Therapists provide OT services to the Veteran community via the Rehabilitation Appliance Program (RAP). Occupational Therapy and allied health services are provided to DVA Health Card holders via the Rehabilitation Appliance Program (RAP). OT service may be short term to address specific needs or as part of the overall care plan.

I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes and needed an Occupational therapist who knows about this disability to do a NDIS Assessment and Trent from Enhance is the only OT that I know who knows about EDS and he is lovely and did an excellent assessment of me. I am also having another OT from there to do a different assessment on Monday and I am sure she is lovely too.
Therefore I would recommend them to everyone especially for Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes.

We have had the pleasure of working with Trent and the team at Enhance OT on an assessment of modifying our home bathroom for our daughter to improve her access and independence.
The assessment and plan Trent prepared was for submission to the NDIS for consideration was brilliant. His passion to help Brittany. His knowledge of products and techniques to improve her daily life. Plus his knowledge of the process to ensure documentation prepared for the NDIS was accurate, really showed .. particularly in his final highly detailed report.
