When we purchased untitled land in Melbourne, all the brokers we spoke to weren't interested when they found out we were not first home buyers. Martin is an amazing personality and great to deal with. So far , I have never met any person who goes beyond and over his job to get the job done. Finance is not our experience or expertise so he takes over the whole process of dealing with the real estate agent and the conveyancer and he liaises with ALL parties concerned. There were a lot difficult hurdles and scenarios along the process and he overcame these issues with patience and understanding and explanations to the other parties.
