I am writing this review for my mom. If she could give them 0 stars, she would. This place is absolutely horrible. She bought a water system and it was financed through this company. She had the option to pay it off in 12 months interest free, which she chose to do. The company held her last check for an extra week to get the interest out of her. She has been attempting to contact the person on the monthly invoice for the last 3 weeks with no success. No return phone call, nothing. She also attempted to email the company and again, the email was returned. I would not recommend this company for

*EDIT: I put a stop payment because they charged me when I already paid off the balance. Then they charged me $25 for the stop payment from my bank - EVEN THOUGH I PAID IT OFF. So now they're trying to charge me money for their error. And my credit report shows I owe them $25. This should be illegal.
I paid off my balance and they continued to take automatic payments from my account - which overdrafted my account.... THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. And I have to show them a bank statement that proves they took the money... how much sense does that make? I'll be filing with the BBB.

Horrible company with horrible employees. Trust me you will regret doing business with them. They are not upfront and they have excuses for everything. Please pay attention to the reviews. They are posted for a reason. I should have listened but I didn't and now I regret EVER doing business with Aqua Finance. Honestly 1 star is too much but you have to give at least 1 star to make a post.

Aqua uses a credit union to fiance you and marks it up. If you have great credit you wouldn't be using them in the first place. However alot of contracts use them and it works out great. They have higher interest rates then others but, If you need the work done you just do it. I'm giving 4 stars cause they will let u get the repairs done and help get you approved. However if u miss a payment you r gonna be taking a hit.

Do not, and i can’t stress this enough … DO NOT use these people for a lender, just because you’re approved doesn’t mean it’ll be worth it. After making payments for 2 years (7k) , (5k) went to interest because of their hidden fees of charging you a per day tax. Absolutely worthless finance company. Not to mention i never missed a payment in 22 months with automatic payment (so i thought), almost every month they were calling saying it didn’t go through and because of that the day to day fee’s piled on which i never got a statement until recently i wanted my pay off amount which is

They are the worst finance company I have ever come in contact with in my life. They are absolutely fraudulent and they make their money off of scamming people. I've paid off my balance with them three times now and they continue to show a balance. Talking with them on the phone is absolutely useless. No one knows what's going on and they can't help you in any way. If you can avoid them completely, stay as far away from this company as possible.

Worst company to use, you can’t get ahold of anyone and when you do they just hang up on you. They charge daily high interest rates and fine you for early payoff. They are not easy to work with. Once I got a payoff I paid them with 24 hours. I than got a bill for a extra $500 in early payoff interest. If I could give a zero I would. Never I mean never use them. My roof loan was for $41,000 and after almost 2 years paying $488 a month it was at $40,000 because they raise the rates.
