Services
Prestidge Catering also offer staff only services to come to your home and help Prepare / serve / supervise your function. If you adhere to a healthy lifestyle, most of our creative dishes can be adapted exclusively to suit your needs - such as the implementation of low or no-fat ingredients and modified cooking techniques.
Selection of roast leg of lamb, baked ham or southwest sirloin of beef served with assorted crusty rolls, condiments and pickles. Marinated chicken and beef strips with flour tortillas and tacos, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and lettuce, jalapeno chillies and salsa Mexicana.
Char-grilled Capsicum, Egg Plant, Kalamatta Olives, Semi-dried Tomato, Stuffed Baby Capsicums, Marinated Fetta, Dolmades, Fresh Vegetable Sticks and Rocket & Cashew Pesto Dip, accompanied by Toasted Turkish Bread. An Antipasto Platter with the addition of Brie Cheese, Vintage Cheddar and Blue Costello with Crackers and Dried Fruits.
Noodle Boxes or Chafing Dishes (Noodle boxes served with steamed rice where applicable) (A minimum order of 20 of each selection applies) Tempura whiting fillets with beer battered fries-Lime and dill aioli Lamb and Eggplant Curry Thai Green Chicken Curry with Potato Chilli con carne served with pilau rice and topped with sour cream Veal.
We do realize that all initial inquiries are preliminary and subject to change, the quote will be amended as more details are locked in. A $200 deposit based on your most up-to-date or initial quotation is required to lock in Prestidge catering services. Changing of dates may be unavailable and should be discussed as soon as possible due to seasonal periods and high demand.

Barry and his team at Prestidge Catering are simply awesome !
We have used this catering company twice now for our events and they have been outstanding both times. They are exceptionally efficient and their food is exceptional. Their menu has something for everyone and for all budgets. I can't recommend Prestidge Catering more highly and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I'd like to personally Thankyou for helping us out in hard times
We hired prestidge catering for a funeral wake that was very large
The service, staff ,and food was 5 star and we couldn’t be happier with everything
Everyone raved how great everything was
The food was perfect and plenty of it and the bar staff were amazing especially looking after the family and making sure they had everything they wanted
Once again I'm extremely greatfull for everything
