Services
Damien and Nikki have been involved in the various sections of the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Damien is a qualified chef who has successfully run well-known restaurants with nothing but admiration for his food, while Nikki focuses her attention to detail on the front of the house aspect of the SNP team.
A deposit is required on confirmation of your booking. This includes an office administration fee of $60.00 which is non refundable. Unfortunately if the required deposit is not received within 14 days we assume you are not proceeding with your booking and the date and time will become available for other people to take your place.
We provide a chef to cook steaks onsite with our own bbq, wait staff, quality crockery, stainless steel cutlery, napkins, bread rolls, baked rosemary potatoes, choice of sauce & condiments. Alternatively, you can choose potato mash, potato bake or baked Idaho Potatoes with sour cream. You guys are amazing and I cannot thank you enough.

Despite the generally great reviews, I and my husband were sadly disappointed. It was my first time using a catering service and it was for my 30th b'day. I really wanted to love the food and leave a great review, and indeed I found the customer service and communication to be great. Sadly the food itself just wasn't. The hair on the pig crackle hadn't been burnt off properly. The crackle was also thin and hard rather than bubbly/crunchy. The pig had no seasoning on it at all that we could detect. The roast veggies were okay, but the salad (namely the Caesar salad), felt like it had no love or

Completely disrespectful customer service. Would not provide me the information I needed on line item costs and became rude when I gave a low end budget that they did not find “reasonable”. Hung up after I provided a ballpark figure without room for more info or negotiation.

Damien and his friendly team, from initial communication via phone and email, to the quality of the food and price, were exceptional - they exceeded all expectations. Everything went seamlessly for our 100 guests… the team were professional and the food was sensational. We received compliments on how good everything tasted, even days after!
