Initially everything went ok but sadly as one gets every now and then i received an invoice substantially higher than the verbal quote. When i disputed it, i was simply told that the verbal quote was incorrect. Quite helpful AFTER the work had been completed. Then I was threatened with Debt Collectors and an illegal 20% hike in the disputed amount if i didn't pay.
I'd stay well clear. Wish i had of chosen one of the multitude of others available on Google.

Very happy with prompt and efficient service. This was until I received the invoice. Charged for two technicians for an hour each. This was unaware for me as one was a young lad that mainly just stood around for most of the hour work. Job was to locate and replace valve two. I was also not inform two people will be coming out to do this job

Similar experience to the other review on here, agreed on an install price then when the invoice came through it was more than agreed. When I questioned them they just said the other part didn't fit, well I wasn't contacted prior to the work being done so I received advice from Consumer Protection. They said no work can be done without prior notice so only pay the agreed price. TLC were not happy with me but that's fine. Definitely would not recommend!

Tried to rip me off so had to go to Consumer Protection!! I was quoted $230 (including call out fee but not service work) and the invoice came back at $570. I had been charged double the labour amount (5 hours for 2.5 hours work). At no stage was it mentioned to me that the $88 per hour for labour was per workman. Nor does it mention this anywhere on his website. If I had known it was actually going to cost me $176 per hour I obviously would've reconsidered. It is law that consumers must be made aware of the exact charges and any additional costs. I have paid $350, the amount that I think is fair

I have had him service and repair my reticulation system on two occasions. The first was when we lost total watering capacity in the middle of summer immediately prior to Xmas and after having the garden fully relandscaped with new plants and rolled turf. He went out of his way to fit us in and repaired our system for which we were really grateful. We even asked him to repair and adjust some sprinklers whilst here and this was carried out without any fuss. We have just had a winter service carried out which was completed in a most professional manner with our controller being upgraded to the latest
