Was going to come in and grab a coffee after I quickly dropped off something next door. Was rudely told that I had to move my car by one of the men working here, even though there was not signage visible that this parking spot was only for CIS customers and despite the fact I planned on coming in there after (also the parking spot next to me that did have clear signage as being for their patrons only was free). Decided to go to the coffee shop down the road where I wouldn't be spoken down to like a child for something so dumb.

If you want decent honest service then this place is the place to go
I just heard so much bullsit in what i needed for my project that the prices were a thousand dollars difference with no explanation.
I spoke to the guys here and i just genuinely felt they were interested in getting my job done the right way.

Summary:
CIS might be fine for purchasing supplies. They are not suitable for maintenance and repairs, which they claim they do but actually seem entirely unwilling to.
Background:
I contacted them roughly three months ago specifically to enquire about maintenance and repairs. Over the first 6 weeks, this involved about 3-4 emails and 3-4 phone calls, including me taking and emailing detailed photos and descriptions of the state of the old reticulation at the house we recently bought. CIS repeatedly said they would be able to fix it but would have to send someone to check it out before they
