Came in and couldn't investigate job due to not having platforms in roof but tried changing $380 then knocked it down to $280 then said to take it up with head office if we wanted to contest and then when my husband called he was told that he should have known to only charge call out fee of $160 so they rebated a few days later even though we were told he needed immediate payment.
