I just wanted to leave a review for Carnegie Automotive and especially Dean. When I took my car in to there shop it was not in good shape. There was a lot of mechanical work that needed to be done. Everything was fixed perfectly and my car is running brilliantly now. Dean was not only friendly but always professional, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed throughout the process and never did anything without my consent. Dean made sure I was happy from start to finish. It feels good to know if I ever have any issues with my car, I know where to go and I will be in good hands

A HUGE thank you to Dean and the team at Carnegie Automotive. I brought my car here for a second opinion as a previous service at another garage informed me that there were quite a number of issues with my car. Not only was my car thoroughly checked for all these proposed issues but half of them were non existent. This place is honest and my car was ready within 48 hours for an affordable price. I normally hate used car shopping, but using Carnegie Automotive was easier than I’ve ever experienced. In addition to being honest and professional throughout the entire transaction, it filled me with confidence to buy from a workshop instead of a simple used dealer. Mechanically everything was throughly checked over, with even a service provided to start off my driving experiences
