Motor Mechanics Melbourne is owned and operated by Director and Head Mechanic, Terry Vitanopoulos. Terry has over 20 years experience in the Industry and has had a variety of professional experience. He started his career in workshops around Europe, where he owned and operated one of the most successful workshops in the area.
Together with his highly trained team of mechanics, Terry will ensure that every vehicle that drives through the door receives the utmost attention and care. Australian born, Terry returned to Australia in 2002 and has had the opportunity to work in independent workshops all around Melbourne, as well as dealerships including Audi Centre Melbourne & Audi Richmond.

Motor Mechanics Melbourne accepts cash, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and EFT upon job completion. We don't accept cheques. I took my car in without an appointment as some emergency lights came on. They were busy couldnt offer me a hire car immediately but I had a hire car the next day and for the rest of the week while they looked over my car and fixed the issues identified. Since then it's been running the best it has been in years. They were friendly, and followed up with a call a few weeks later to make sure the car was running all right. I had a general sense of dealing with honest decent mechanics which is a rare and valuable commodity. Will be doing all future servicing through them and highly recommend to other

Great experience!! rapid and professional service, did a major service on my car, and a fantastic job overall. Terry and team were clear on what was going to be done from the outset, provided a quote within hours of dropping the car off and inspecting it, and got the job done quickly. Terry and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. Straightforward VW Golf logbook service/tyres/wipers but everything was done smoothly and quickly. Honest and transparent with all costs involved. Easily have saved $200-300 compared with the dealer. Strongly recommend and will be returning.

I wanted better performance out of my Skoda Octavia RS hence visited Terry's workshop without expectation after chatting with him first. After the recommended APR Stage2+ tune the car just comes alive and it finally takes advantage of all the mod gears, now i can enjoy the car much more. Service is great and Terry is very helpful.
