We were truly lucky to have a chance to get in touch with the Assured Property Group recently.
This is our first investment property and one which has taken us a long time to actually finally take that plunge as we were very skeptical and petrified in doing so in the past.
We refinanced our existing loan and also took out an investment loan for our new rental property.

We started working with Diana and Dino in early 2019 on a couple of new developments. Diana even took the time to drive us to the developments to show us what was available and provided a plethora of information on these developments. Whilst we were aware that Assured Property Group existed, we had no idea of the high level of service they deliver. We were kept informed of all developments along the process, we received valuable advice across many areas of the developments (with Diana even offering to assist with colour selections etc). At no point in time did we have to follow up on any outstanding

They helped us with a house & land package - they were with us every step of the process. They found us the block, organized initial meetings with a mortgage broker and real estate agent, gave lots of explanations and recommendations, and answered hundreds of questions! They were awesome!
