I have worked with Richard Schmidt over a few years on matters relating to Power Of Attorney and the management of a sizeable estate. Before then, I had never been in a solicitor's office. I think when you are at your lowest, and dealing with complex personal and financial matters, in an emotionally charged situation, the most important thing is to be able to trust in the legal expertise and integrity of your solicitor. In Richard I found such a person. Additionally, he is attentive, responsive and strategic, knowing when and how best to fight for the interests of his client. And he is always cheerful
