I initially reached out to Brett way back in 2019 and from the first initial conversations I could tell that he genuinely cares for his clients and wants the best outcome. Brett was very personable and took the time to explain the procedure and expected results.
Unfortunately I made the mistake of not booking then and there with Brett and continued the next two years with concealers and living in anxiety when going out to make sure that the concealer was still in place and generally not being happy.
I decided enough was enough and reached out to Brett a few months back and to my surprise he remembered

I have read all the reviews about Brett and could not agree more with what everyone says about him.
If you are looking at getting SMP done please do not hesitate to use Brett he truly is a master of his craft.
I was quite nervous going into this and getting SMP worried that it might not look good or it will look fake but as soon as I spoke to Brett all that worry went away and I had full trust in him.
The results I have are far beyond what I was expecting and cannot believe how realistic it looks. I cannot tell what's real hair or what's not it's incredible.
My only regret is that I didn't

I cannot thank Brett and the team at Novoscalp enough. They are absolutely world class and delivered an SMP treatment so exceptional that I honestly look and feel like a new person. I wish I had done it sooner! I interviewed 5 different clinics in Sydney and Melbourne, Brett was the most technically specific of any artist that I spoke to. Brett worked with me to developed my hairline and achieve the perfect colour match. All up it took four sessions and I was as bald as they come! Couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I was a bit worried at first as I had read some things online about people having bad experiences with smp at other places and I was a little nervous. I went in to meet Brett and he was confident the treatment would look great on me and suit me really well. He was 100% right. I travelled about an hour and a half each way as I don't live in Sydney, but it was all worth it, after 4 appointments I completed my treatment and am absolutely stoked with it. I had a great experience with Brett and overall great results. I have a small spot of missing hair near the front of my scalp, preventing me from wearing my hair high on my head. Brett was able to do a custom job for me to achieve a natural result. I am now able to wear my hair up and am far more confident. Brett is professional and a lovely person!
