I went into Dermagen Clinic yesterday and was greeted by the receptionist Danielle in such a beautiful way, Maria the Dermal therapist explained the treatment in detail, before starting, it was such a wonderful experience, from beginning to end, i would defiantly recommend , Dermagen Clinic and Maria to all my friends and Family.

Extremely rude receptionist. The lady who performed the treatment charged me full price for half a tattoo removal (I asked her to only do half because it was taking so long, and she said she wouldn’t charge me the full price, but changed her mind once I got to reception). The treatment took over an hour for her to do, during which she left the room to make some phone calls, and she didn’t even numb the whole area. Don’t waste your money

I had a terrible experience at Dermagen Clinic on last Saturday afternoon at 2.30pm and will not be returning.
I had scheduled a third appointment made with Tina via email at the beginning of February. When I arrived for my appointment, I was rudely turned away by your receptionist Rosa after she advised me that I did not have a booking. Following this I showed her the email correspondence between Tina and myself confirming my booking, to which Rosa very rudely told me that appointments should only be made over the phone.
It had taken me almost an hour to drive to your clinic on my only day off
