Very garbage, they'll cancel your booking or send it to legion cabs WITHOUT informing you. Hence my grandma was left without a taxi, she stood for hours and nearly missed her bingo due to the lack of consideration on RSL cabs part - the LEAST you could do is inform your customers if a cab is NOT COMING.

Booked a taxi in advance, confirmed the time. When that time came and went, I called up the service (long waits for anyone to answer both times) only to be told that there wasn't an available car around. Could they not have told me this? Also they send a tracking code via SMS which does not work. Honestly, just use Uber or hail a cab down, RSL/Legion isn't worth the hassle.

This is constant - unfortunately I did not have a phone that enabled an app for another taxi company for a few rides.
The service from start to finish is laughable - except it isn't funny when you need to get somewhere swiftly, which is why I get taxis generally.
Simply no redeeming features to make you want to use this service - so rude / delays / lies about being outside not once but twice!? Why? And if they are outside the wrong address why not call / text / email / send a pigeon - anything! To find out where you actually live (as in the address given). Twice for one booking. And one for another

After some poor experiences with other taxi companies we tried RSL. From the time they took our booking to the pick up and drop off their service was excellent. The gentleman who took our call was very helpful and took time to discuss with us the best pick up time travelling to the airport allowing for distance and traffic at the time of day. The driver arrived on time, with an SMS notification he was on the way. He was very courteous explained which route he was going to take to be sure it was ok. Arrived on time at the airport, unstressed, and wasn't overcharged.

When I called to know why the cab I booked the day before on their website was not here I got accused of not putting my street number in the request. I am pretty sure I did but nevertheless a good customer service would have called me and would avoid an accusatory tone. Customer service then hung up without giving me an ETA. After 15min wait I just gave up and grabbed and other and cancelled online to not be late.
Also when you book online you receive no SMS or email confirmation so you basically have no idea if you booked.
Overall, do not recommend.
