Highly recommend DPP! They came to our house to understand what we were looking for and gave a fair all inclusive quote. The workmanship is outstanding and the installer was very friendly and respectful. The Bosch High Efficiency Boiler is amazing, super quiet and very effective. If you need a hydronic system be sure to include DPP in your planning...good service like this is hard to find.

1 year on and we are still rectifying issues caused by the extremely poor workmanship of the DPP team. Everything from using substandard parts of their own job through to damaging the work of other trades. DPP have cost me far more in rectification that I could have imagined. The final straw, a burst pipe due to poor connection flooding under the house and undermining our footings. I urge others to look elsewhere for service.

Damien Pitt attempted to supply counterfeit products on our job. He uses cheap Chinese valves, pipework and joins which don't match and leak. The reason he's cheap is because his parts are cheap and workmanship is poor. Moreover, DPP lies about what they are suppling. All the other hydronic contractors in Melbourne are going around rectifying work by DPP. What you think will be cheap today, will end up costing you a fortune once all the problems are fixed, IF they can be fixed. Good luck to you if you decide to proceed with DPP. Had our hydronic system serviced recently by dPP. Scott and Steve were excellent and did a very thorough job. This ranged from patiently explaining what was involved, to making sure everything was cleaned up spotless once they were done. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely be my go-to choice for next time.

I called dPP Hydronic when our other heating contractor failed to rough in when it was due, dPP redesigned the system, roughed in the required pipes so our build could proceed, the final fit off went smoothly… and the heater system is amazing. A small issue with the flu was fixed fast and at no charge, we are very happy with this company and can recommend them highly, a great young team of guys with good work ethics, Thanks for a great job
