Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is intended to reduce the size of your breasts by removing excess breast tissue and skin, and improve their shape and position. In addition to the emotional and social distress, overly large breasts often cause physical discomfort, including back, neck and shoulder pain.
Breast unevenness (asymmetry) is normal, with no-one having perfectly symmetrical. This asymmetry can vary from very mild to quite severe. Significant asymmetry may be due to abnormal development, birth defects, trauma or previous surgery. Tuberous breasts are also quite common and refers to a condition in which the breasts have an abnormally narrow base, small breast volume and often with a very large areolar.

Dr Dona is very personable and friendly. He is a true professional and completely trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Dona. I felt extremely safe and comfortable in his hands and could not be happier with my result.

I have had 2 different procedures by Dr Dona, the first breast implants and a tummy tuck and the second a breast lift, post weight loss of 50+ kgs.
I did a lot of research on different surgeons, their work and styles.
Going in to this, I loved that all his work is out there for everyone to see, he does this day in and day out so you know your getting someone who is current, experienced and who clearly produces excellent results.
For me I knew what I wanted going in to this, my implant size is perfect based on his measurements and recommendation. I wanted to be bigger and 625cc was what he chose

I am 5weeks PO with a BA done by Dr Dona.
I have found he is very informative, caring and easy to talk with. Highly recommend him as a surgeon. His team are always very welcoming whenever in the clinic. His nurses are great to deal with and if any concerns always put me at ease. Can not fault my journey so far.

Had a breast lift and 250cc about 4 years ago by another surgeon overseas. Was pretty happy with the results but decided I wanted to go much bigger. Had been following Dr Dona for a while and knew when I was ready I will go see him. Had my surgery 3 months ago and he gave me beautiful 825cc...so in love with my new rack. Dr Dona and his staff were exceptional and being 3 months post op I have not had any problems and they look perfect. Thank you Dr Dona you are amazing at what you do 🙂🙂

Dr. Dona is quite frankly the best surgeon I’ve ever met. He is professional, personable, and takes his work seriously to ensure that you walk out of his clinic a happy patient. He is thorough with his consultations and appointments and is always happy to address any and all concerns that you may have about your procedure.
His nursing staff are always friendly and polite, and provide top quality post-operative care between appointments with Dr. Dona himself.
