We are an Australian family run business with the vision of improving the cake decorating industry with a range of quality cake decorating products. Wendy Mazzella started cake decorating in 1989 under the expert tuition of Sandra Jones, a master cake decorator. During her 26 year journey she has run a successful caf-cake decorating supplies shop.
