They acted as executors for my aunt. As she was living in nursing home
all her assets were liquidated before they were hired and the cash was in the bank.
Distribution was as simple as widhrawing the money and split it
between the beneficiaries. The distribution was delayed
for months longer than necessary cousing stress and insecurity
to family here and overseas.Communication so-so ,some emails not answered for days.

Went in with limited budget. Was pushed to take more action than I could afford. Agreed on a plan of attack with a locked in price that I needed to pay in advance. 6 months following I received invoices for further payments due to this fee and that fee. When I called I finally got to speak to someone with authority to discuss the matter after 4 attempts just to be shut down and GST used as the reason for the increase in fees payable. POOR customer service!

Booked an initial meeting, took time off work, got there five minutes early, after waiting for half an hour left, I like to be on time for my appointments. How hard is it, if you're running behind to give a courtesy call. Expected a follow up call, none received. Obviously times are good and they don't need my business.
