I've only used Geelong Taxi Service once and won't be using them again as I waited over 40 minutes with no communication. I hadn't heard anything 10 minutes after booking, so I rang and was told the taxi was 5 minutes away. I waited another 30 minutes with no taxi in sight and whenever I tried to contact them, their phone rang out. I ended up booking with a different taxi service.
