I rang for a taxi at 3:21am this morning, the driver was rude and his EFTPOS machine wasn't working, had no cash on me. Wouldn't let me leave until I paid him. Called the operator to complain, only to be told I had to complain via the website. Just plain rude, no wonder why I use Uber. They better improve otherwise I will take this further

Everyone time we order the taxi the operator hangs up also the taxis drivers don't come up in town they are all waiting at the taxi rank and don't come in time so they not picking any one up they charge extra money also very unreliable.unprofessional don't go with these services.
