I can’t believe how unprofessional this company is - after agreeing (with owner of property) to co-fund a common wall issue they have not paid the owners share of the building repairs. Now just under 70 days overdue. Contact with the office by myself and the builder have been ignored. Shamefully disrespectful to the trades person who has completed the work and it is his income that is impacted.

I am renting out my house for the first time and used Let's Rent to find a tenant, leaving me to manage the property myself. Lisa was fantastic to work with - she was quick to reply to queries, was warm and friendly and came to my rescue when I was in a pinch. Much to my relief, the whole process was quick and easy. As a long time renter and property owner myself I have dealt with various Realtor's and unfortunately as a renter excellent service is not a given. Having just signed a rental lease with Let's Rent in Balmain, my husband and I have been impressed with their Professionalism, use of modern technology and quick response regarding any of our inquires or concerns with the on-boarding process into a new lease.
