My experience with David has been excellent. I engaged his company to review a DA for a 10-room boarding house next to my property in Leichhardt. Initially I was considering using a much larger town planning company based in Leichhardt. That company was quick to send me terms and conditions to sign but actually did nothing to review the DA.
I contacted David and he responded immediately, explaining the review process and the likely cost for each stage. Within a matter of days he had deconstructed the DA finding several areas of significant non-compliance. The objection is in with Inner West council

We just had our DA for a first-floor addition approved in under two months with the Inner West Council (formerly Leichhardt). David crafted our statement of environmental effects.
