Sports Physiotherapy is a branch of Physiotherapy that deals with injuries and issues related to various sports. Each sport will generally require a higher level of demand placed upon the sportsperson and their tissues. This increases the stresses to muscles, joints and bones, which in turn can cause acute, chronic and overuse injuries.

For the past 3 years I have been a regular patient of Shane’s. He is caring and always knows which points to focus on to help with recovery from any pressures and injury’s on the body. I can honestly say he has been the best allied health professional I have had health support from and I have no hesitation in recommending Shane and his team to anyone who needs expert physiotherapy treatment. Big thanks to Shane, Liam, Lani & Michelle for all your support

Elene and Shane are awesome people who make you feel relaxed and welcome.
I have been treated by Emily & Shane weekly for the last 18 months following a car accident and then surgery.
They make recovery enjoyable and not a chore.
I have also participated in there hydro and gym sessions with Liam, he is very knowledgeable in this area for a young colt.
Thanks for looking after me guys.

When I first saw Shane I was confined to a wheelchair and had been that way for 7 years. I've been seeing him weekly now for over 18 months and can now walk 3 kilometres with a walking stick or 1.2 kilometers with no walking stick. If you have a brain injury he will dramatically improve your life. He also is always on time which I love.
