Advertises a pool, children’s playground and bbq area. None of which are clean or usable (that’s if you can get through the long grass to get to them first). Rooms are old and not maintained at all. Light in the bathroom didn’t work, blinds wouldn’t fully close. Even though it’s ‘budget’ it’s definitely not worth the money at all

Old not suitable for old people spar in room with beds smelling of dust holes in walls carpet badly stained old aircon with broken vents not much with kitchen items fridge never been defrosted iced up has a small step up into bathroom could cause a fall window locks broken outdoor light broken . Have swimming pool green water with filters still pumping.
I didn't stay at the unit wasn't suitable for me and my 90 year old mom i walked out unable to get on phone refuse to answer and office was locked up by 6pm
So couldn't get a refund big waste of money bad advertising.

Looking for that 1983 retro Stranger Things look on your next holiday? Then look no further then camping here for a few days, each room has the original wood verneer cupboards from the 80's (or even in that old van you once stayed in) and the "pool", well, i wouldn't let my dog swim in it as it has a sullied & unusual look and smell to it.
Oh- and the restaurant ain't open, so microwave servo cheeseburgers for you my tubby single friend

Asked for a refund as soon as we saw the room, electrical wires hanging through hole in the wall next to bed (where a power point would've been originally). Aluminium louvres form part of the front wall of motel room, they are broken & gaping and did not close properly. Ipswich temps are down to 2 degrees overnight, there was 1 very thin & stained blanket. Louvres in the bathroom shower also did not close. We would've been freezing if we stayed there. Curtains at entrance (main bedroom) were torn, filthy & had holes. The place was filthy, unhygienic (with thick layers of dust on the light shades
