They are taken care of my entire family, even putting my son through braces. They have done root canals and crowns. Amazing! So friendly, professional and service was so fast !! I felt so comfortable, and they did such an excellent job on my teeth! Atrocious service from the receptionist with a poor attitude. On booking they requested us get a COVID test. That’s fine, we had it within the 5 days. But when we turned up for our appointment they said they we needed to have the test results within 3 days but this was not made clear to us when we booked. Receptionist also said they tried to get in touch with us by phone but that was all a lie. No record whatsoever of them calling or texting.
If I could give them zero stars I would not hesitate at all.
I will be taking my money elsewhere to another dentist in Burwood.

Dr Kawai Jonathan Cheung provided exceptional service when I saw him for a regular checkup and to clean my teeth. He was detailed in everything he did and had a warm and friendly manner. He took care to not create any discomfort for the patient and was very patient in answering any questions I had. His was punctual and provided very useful advice on how to look after my teeth in the long term.
