This privately tucked away suite is situated on the first level overlooking the front of the property. The Queen Superior offers tea and coffee making facilities, bar refrigerator, iron and ironing board and ensuite. Both these rooms are located on the top floor of our three storey walk up. Situated at the southern end of the building overlooking the front of the property.
The impressive Raby Bay Harbour complex which is located only a 2 minute drive from the Cleveland Bay Air Motel adjoins Raby Bay Marina and park adjacent to Cleveland Railway Station, and as well a featuring an outstanding selection of restaurants and eateries, it hosts a range of lifestyle activities, commercial and tourism outlets.

Smelly room. When I asked for another room because of the bad smell, I was told by an aggresive manager, "It is a dog friendly room."!
His wife came to the room shortly afterwards, apologised and sprayed deoderant to mask the smell.
It was an awful night. If you book this place, check the room before you pay and have a plan B - we didn't.

Kerry and Bronwyn were awesome hosts! We were greeted with a warm welcome typically reserved for locals. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the tea and coffee making facilities and size of the room. The motel is in a great location, close to the marina and the suggestions from Kerry and Bronwyn for our dinner meal were spot on (The Anchor by the Bay).
Nothing was too much trouble and we look forward to returning.

Bronwyn was lovely, Kerry on the other hand needs to learn people management skills because he certainly did not display them the night we stayed. Booked in for the night as I had to be at hospital early next morning for major surgery so my anxiety levels were already up.
We couldn't get the air con in our room to cool. Kerry came to our room and tried to tell us that one air con unit runs four rooms. Apparently the other three rooms had Victorians in them. Well whoopty doo, we are Queenslanders and our room was hot and we needed it to be cooler.

Ritz Carlton, Shangri Lah, and now the Bay Air Motel.
This accommodation was nothing but pure bliss. The beds are comfy, there are expressive and vibrant pictures of pineapples/zebras, and most importantly there's free biccies and milk in the fridge (which are sadly a premium at other lower tier establishments).
I've never felt so welcome at a motel that a part of me wouldn't have minded 'missing' my 7am barge to Stradbroke and indulging in another evening. I'll probably come here for my honeymoon tbh.

My partner and I had to stay at Bay Air for an extended period of time due to our house flooding and from the first day to the last that we were there the staff were nothing but helpful. Very accomodating as we had our 2 dachshund puppies with us. The dog friendly room was fantasic and very spacious. We would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Brisbane. Rooms are well presented, priced fairly and the room and ammenities were very clean. The owners went above and beyond for my children and I, we cannot be more thankful.
When they say they’re pet friendly, they’re the most pet hospitable hotel I’ve ever come across.
Side note: they have the most adorable puppy. Be sure to hang about for a quick cuddle.
