Thanks Bill and team for a thorough service of our 13 y/o Merc C200k. It was reassuring you are familiar with this car and very easy process selecting which items we wanted attending to . The front end is now very positive again since you re-greased and adjusted the front wheel bearings and did a spot on wheel alignment. The brake pedal is nice and firm after the brake flush. The transmission service has restored nice smooth shifts and the new engine oil was right on the max mark. Highly recommend your services!

Great experience. Asked to do a road worthy and AC gas fill. Service was great. I especially appreciated it when they found an issue with one of their testing kits that they called us afterwards to let us know they want to re-check something at no cost to make sure on some issues. This re-check turned out to be a reduced repair requirement and cost... Thumbs up on that! Highly recommended.

Factory tyres should be 225/45R17 and rare 245/40R17 that’s listed in the sticker on the driver’s side door and also the fuel cap. Don’t know why is he gave me the wrong size of 245/45R17 and without telling me when I went to pick up my car! And so as other faults they did not checked up!

Had a puncture in my Audi back tyre and brought my vehicle to this location in Carnegie to have it repaired. Although they didn’t let me know the cost of the repair upfront, failed to explain what they were going to do to repair my tyre and didn’t outline how long it would take - it only cost <$40 and took just over an hour. Good service, they just need to explain price, what they are doing and how long repairs will take. Also, it was a bit weird when I saw a technician fiddling around in my car searching for my boot opener - which he could have just asked me about as I had the keys and wound

Brett and the boys were polite and very helpful. They checked all my tyres for punctures as the warning sign was flashing, checked the pressure, gave me new caps for the tyres and finding nothing wrong - even tried to help me reset the warning signal. They didn't charge me a thing for their half hour of effort! Very impressed indeed! THANKYOU!!!

I have always had good quality work from here. The car always feels right after being serviced and comes back washed and cleaned every time. They are very thorough and always talk to me about recommendations and repairs before doing anything. It is obvious they care about what they do and the people they do it for which is hard to find.
