Fantastic experience! Customer service was friendly, informative and efficient. We hired VR headsets for a Melbourne based home kids party. They were easy to use with a few over the phone instructions. The experience to receive the headsets and return them was straight forward and easy.

Rodney was wonderful to deal with. The postage process was very smooth with Rodney supplying the prepaid sticky label for return post. We LOVED the headset and watching the many experiences. The range which Rodney loaded on included travel, sport and thrills - of which my favourite was the rollercoaster. I had to remind myself that I was safely sitting on the couch!!

Rodney was extremely helpful and communicative, he attended to deliver the equipment when he said he would, he extended our hire without any difficulty and collected the equipment when he said he would.

I rented 6 VR headsets for my son's 10th birthday party...Rodney was fantastic with regular communication and getting things organised, a great choice of games and the sets were so easy to use! My son and his friends absolutely loved them, and it definately took his party to the next level. An experience they won't forget in a hurry. We had 9 ten-year-olds all together for my son’s birthday. Within minutes they were lost in the world of VR. They all had a blast!
Rodney at Extreme VR was incredibly helpful. He dropped off the sets, took us through using them and when we were all done picked them up again. The sets came with cleaning cloths, recharge cables for all headsets, batteries and recharge facilities for the handsets.
Totally 100% recommend. And at a great price point!

Had a great time with EVR. Substation 9 is easy to get to and the guys there are very friendly and helpful.
The VR itself was incredible. The HTC Vive is comfortable and, except for managing the cable, using it feels natural. Some of the games did have issues with placing themselves in the space which lead to not being able to progress or watching my hand float away into the distance but situations like that were entertaining in their own way.
Looking forward to doing more session in the future.
