Adept Party Hire is a Brisbane based party and event hire company offering pick up and delivery to the greater Brisbane area from the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane South, Central Brisbane and Brisbane North. We have been hiring party and event equipment for a very long time - over 40 years in fact! We hire out a large range of equipment for all types of events like private parties, corporate functions, school events and community events.
Our warehouse is unmanned, but we offer a 24/7 collection service from our outdoor lockers. We'll text you your locker information on the day, along with your combination. Then just return it back to the locker when you're done. Unfortunately, on most occasions we aren't able to offer a delivery or pickup time due to the large number of deliveries that we must complete in such a small window of time (parties usually all happen on the weekend).
Delivery charges may vary based on site access, and if outside of hours delivery is required. Deliveries and pick-ups with limited site access, or up flights of stairs may incur additional charges. Our staff aren't able to deliver up into residential apartments or units due to workplace health and safety, and property liability issues.

Derek has been really great in assisting us in our event! The things that we hired from them arrived 2 days prior as discussed and everything were in very good and clean condition. Update 27/09/21: I have received a refund.
Very disappointed by the state of the esky I hired on the weekend. Even more disappointed by the lack of willingness to resolve the issue.
Brought the esky home on Friday to find that the lid was completely broken, and there were small shards of glass in the bottom.
Went to the website to get in touch, and saw there was a "24/7 help line for emergencies". There isn't one, so I emailed.
Later on in the night, filled the esky with ice and realised there was no bung when my apartment flooded.
After phoning Derek to inform him, no attempt was made to

We would like to thank Adept for their excellent service recently in providing equipment for a 21st birthday party. Prompt and helpful communication by email and phone. All the gear was in good order. Also they were very responsive to requests for delivery and pick up taking into account people not being being at home, where to leave the gear and also dogs! After looking at a number of alternatives, I recently chose Adept to assist with setting up an outdoors engagement party. In addition to their wide range of products, the service offered was outstanding. These guys are not only professionals at what they do, but do it with a smile and excellent customer service. Not only did they have everything we needed to make our event a success, they sourced specific items for us, delivered on time, helped set up and more importantly, collected and packed up the items efficiently.
