We offer a simple account function for personal users - this allows you to log in to view previous orders, print out documents, store an address book, use a Top Up account. Alternatively, if you are sending more often or want additional features then why sign up to our new Business Account? We offer a free plan which will give you access to a whole lot more in terms of additional features, along with better rates and ease in processing orders.
Every item sent will be given a 'cubic weight' in Kg. This is a calculation based on the dimensions of each item sent i.e. looking at the item as a 'cube'. Each parcel that is sent will be charged based on the higher of the physical 'dead' weight of the parcel vs the 'cubic' weight of the parcel. For example something that weighs 2Kg but sent in a big box with a cubic weight of 20Kg, will be billed at 20Kg.
We are working hard to launch full API access so you will be integrate the Parcel2Courier service to be able to both quote and process shipments through your own systems. We do currently have our 'quote' API active, so you can use this to request and return all the required information for you to be able to check quotes from our system.

This company illegally kept my credit card details without my consent and later charged me another fee that I also did not consent to.
This fee, for undeliverable items, is only disclosed after you have paid for the courier in full and after the courier has already collected the item, meaning there is no chance of canceling the order.
What’s worse is they do not even attempt re-delivery. The receiver of my item had to collect the item themselves from a depot.
I wouldn’t recommend or use this company again if they were the only company around.

We have been using this company for quite sometime and spent thousands with them for our international freights, One of our parcels have been damaged during freight. When it comes to insurance with these guys, it's the worst experience to deal with.
There are no direct phone numbers, no idea who you are talking to, Only done via Email, when you call the number one their website, they will tell you to email them only. as they don't want to answer any questions.

Would highly recommend! I have a small gift box business and use Parcel2Courier for their wide range of carriers that I would not normally have access to. The business account is easy to use and navigate, the different carriers collect direct from my place of business and the Parcel2Courier team are available and happy to assist if there are ever any issues - Like miss typing parcel weights! I have also integrated my Shopify store to my dashboard for easy shipping!

Don't trust parcel2courier to get your refund.
Customer cancelled their order and parcel2courier was notified same day and redund was requested.
They took over 1 month to give me the refund!
That wasn't until I had to contact them to ask for it after all that time. Was given some rubbish excuse that it's standard procedure to take over a month for refund and still slugged the $10 charge to cancel. Poorly done.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. Picked an item up, destroyed it, filled out insurance forms, they didn’t get back to me for a long time, when I contacted them to follow up, they said it’s been declined as the item falls under no protection within their terms and conditions of their policy. Why did they pick the item up? Would have gladly organised a different courier. But to pick it up, destroy it and fail to compensate me for it is a joke.
