When I had a problem with my order not being delivered on the day it was expected. I managed to get in touch with the owner directly, who sorted out the problem and delivered at an agreed time, which worked out well.
Only feedback i would give is that when shipping heavy products, they really should issue their drivers with an appropriate trolley. Unfortunately 3 of us still struggled to carry the huge item into our house from the van.

Adrian and his team came highly recommended by a local tradie and did not disappoint! Christmas parcel picked up from Inverloch and delivered to Frankston next day in excellent condition. The communication and service provided was so impressive that if I was much younger, I would apply for a job with this professional team! It doesn't get any better than that...!

Very pleased dealing with Ausfast Couriers, parcels picked up on time from Drouin, Courteous driver, price was excellent, far cheaper than Australia Post (who also happen to mislay parcels) and will be delivered to Camberwell the day after pick up! Couldn't ask for better service and will be my go to for parcel delivery from now on! Thanks to Adrian and Craig for professional advice and excellent service. 5 + Stars
